Editable Fields

Customers name, Mobile Number, Email and Customer type can be edited on spot.

  • Click on respective field

  • Type down customers information (name, mobile, Email or select available options from drop down ( Customer type )

  • Click on submit button to save the customer modified data

From customer 360 page go to top right of the page and click on + button to expand Action tray

Adjust Point

As part of Mibo's point system, it allows you to adjust points of a particular customer. Adjusting points can be as an additional points or deduction of points.

  • From action panel click on Reward icon

  • On Adjustment popup select + (add) or - (deduct) points on the Point Adjustment field.

  • Enter amount of point you want to add or deduct

  • Add a remark for easy reference

  • Click submit button to save your adjustment

There is easy way to migrate your customer base to Mibo.

You can upload your customers list by navigate to  Mibo Control Panel > Customer > Customer

  • Click on Import Customer button

  • Download the template of CSV import file.

  • Using the template, create import file with your customers data, for ex. Excel or OpenOffice.

Note

Mobile number of customer is mandatory

  • Drag and drop the excel file into Mibo and click on Save

Note

It is recommended to check estimation records shows before save your import

  • You can then see the Customers created in Mibo.

Tip

it worth to note that Mibo bulk import feature will automatically check on Mibo :

  1. If Customer mobile number already exist then customer email and name will be updated based on imported excel

  2. If Customer mobile number not exist then new customer will be created.
