There are several ways to promote your business and your products throughout Mibo. One of the most effective way of doing of promotion is via email.
Email Marketing are designed to reach out to your customers at the best time and provide valuable content and relevant offers and updates. Using email allows you to build deep and trusting relationships with your customers. However, you will need message credits to use this feature.

You can promote using email in your Mibo Control Panel > Engage> E-Newsletter.
Create and schedule Newsletter
You can create an email campaign by doing the following:
Click Add on the Email Campaign panel. In the new right layout page you will be able to setup your campaign
Choose your Recipient
Email recipients are individuals who have opted-in to receive email from you. There are two ways to add recipients to your email campaign → upload manual list or add from Customer List .

Upload manual list
you can blast email based on existing customer list either from your static or active customer list . For more information please refer to article How to create Customer List |
Schedule
Scheduling your email will send your email automatically based on your chosen time and date. You can schedule your email blast by doing the following steps:
Click Send Date Calendar box.
In the popup calendar that opens, select date and click on clock to select desire time you want the recipient to receive the email.
Click outside the calendar to apply the date.

Content
Email content is any message sent to a customers inbox by using a comprehensive email builder. Creating the content of your email is quite easy and flexible by using drag and drop designer tool.

Confirm & saveSave Newsletter
Click Save to send the email campaign based on your schedule setting.

Note : The initial status of the confirmed email the email campaign is Pending and before few minutes befiore campaign schedule the status automatically will be changed to Pending Delivery. However, once it has been delivered to the recipients the status will become Delivered. |
Updating and Viewing Email Campaign
Updating email campaign are only applicable for campaigns with Draft statusPending status. Pending Delivery and Delivered status can only be viewed but can not be updated anymore.
You can update your campaign by doing the following:
Click the campaign name on the Email Campaign panelthe desire campaign.
In the new page, update the campaign details on right side panel.
Click Confirm to send the email campaign instantly. To save the email campaign as a draft click Save Draft and if you want to go back to the list of email campaign and disregard the entries you made just click on Back. to commit your changes.
You can view your campaign by doing the following:
Click the campaign name on the Email Campaign panel.
In the new page, the campaign details will be displayed.
Click Download on the recipients panel to download the list of the recipients of the email.
Click on Back to go back to the list of email campaign.
Removing Email Campaign
You are only allowed to remove campaign with Draft and Pending Delivery status. You can simply remove your email campaign by doing the following:
Click on the trash bin icon on the bottom right corner of the campaign you want to remove.
Agree on the confirmation message of deletion by clicking Yes or click No if you want to retain the campaign.
