Message credits are needed in order for you to send email, SMS, and what’s app WhatsApp messages. Credits are deducted from your Mibo account every time a message is sent. Mibo allows you to easily top up credits to make sure you can continue sending messages.

Topping up message credits
To top up your message credits, follow these steps:
In the Credit Purchase panel, select

Topup and you will be directed to the payment gateway.

In the payment gateway page, review the amount of credit and choose from your accounts.
Click Pay Now.
After a successful transaction, click Return to Mibo to go back to the Credits page

You can set Alert an alert notification and that allows Mibo will to notify you through email once if your total credit balance drops to certain specific amounts.
