In the SETTING tab, configure the settings of your coupon reward. Refer to the below table and sample image to understand the details of each field. Click Continue to continue setting the coupon reward in the next tab.

Note: Depending on the selected end sales channel, the control options here may differ.

Expiry Type

Refers to the expiry type, which can be one of the following options:

  • No Expiry - Coupon will never expired and can be used without any period limitation.

  • Fixed Date - Coupon will expire on the fixed date. Enter expiry on the Expiry Date field.

  • Fixed Duration from date distributed - For example, if the value is set to 30 and the customer received the coupon on the 1st of January, the customer will have until the 1st of February to use the coupon. Enter the value on the days from distribution date field.

Note: Fixed Date coupons cannot be earlier than the start date of the coupon program.

Total Coupons in Circulation

Y

Refers to the total number of coupons to be given to customers.

Notes:

  • Once the coupon reaches this number limit, no more coupons will be given to any customer.

  • A value of 0 means there will be an unlimited number of coupons allowed for distribution and the coupons will be active until the program’s end date.

Limit Per Customer

Y

Refers to the total number of coupons that each unique customer can receive.

Notes:

  • If a customer reaches their coupon limit, they will not be able to receive more coupons.

  • A value of 0 means there will be an unlimited number of coupons allowed for each customer and the coupons will be active until the program’s end date.

Coupon Type

Refers to the coupon type, which can be one of the following options:

  • Discount - Customer will be able to use discount deduction from the purchase. Enter the Value Type and Value of the discount, and then choose a Product where the discount is applicable. There are two value types of discounts available:

    • Fixed amount

    • Percentage

Tip

Available only on Mibo POS.

  • Cash Voucher - Customer will be able to use the amount of cash to be deducted from the total purchase amount. Enter the cash voucher value in the Amount field.

Tip

Available on Mibo POS, WooCommerce, and Kiosk (Store APP).

  • Buy One Free One - Customer can collect a free item if they are buying the configured main item. Select the following:

    • Main Item - By purchasing these products, the customer is eligible to get a free item.

    • Free Item - Products that can be given for free.

Tip

Available only on Mibo POS.

In the MESSAGES tab, configure your coupon content to be delivered to your customers. Refer to the below table to understand the details of each field. To preview the message, click Preview. To save all the coupon reward configurations you have set in all the tabs, select Save.

Note: Coupons can be delivered through email.

Refers to the channel through which the coupons are delivered, which can one of the following options:

  • Email - Coupons are to be delivered only by email.

  • SMS - Coupons are to be delivered only by SMS.

  • All Channel - Coupons are to be delivered through both SMS and email.

Tip

Tip: The All Channel option is useful when you want to have a higher rate of coupon delivery to your customers.

Coupon Template

Refers to the template content of your coupons.

Note: A System Default template is provided by Mibo. However, you can create and use your own customized template.

To create your own template, follow these steps:

  1. Modify the existing template.

  2. Click Save Template to save the changes.

SMS Content

Refers to the SMS content that will be sent to your customers.

Email Subject

Refers to the subject line of the email.

Email Body

Refers to the content of the email.

Dynamic fields refer to the personalized parts of a mass message that changes based on the user behavior or the data of your subscribers.

{MerchantLogo}

Will be replaced with the image of your business logo uploaded on https://mibocloud.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/resumedraft.action?draftId=26279989 that you have uploaded in your profile. For more information, refer to Updating Your Profile.

Will be replaced with the coupon image uploaded on Setting tab → coupon Image that you uploaded in the SETTING tab.

Will be replaced with the expiry date of the coupon that you have set in the CONTROLS tab.

Giving coupons to your customers

There are different ways to give a coupons to your customers.

Adding customers from recipient tab

Once your coupon has been started you can give coupons to your customer via below methods.

  • Upload template : by uploading the excel file contains your customers data (Name, Email and mobile)

  • Customers: You can search and select your desire customers
