Giving rewards to customers after a successful signup, either from your Sales channel or Member Club, adds more value and increases sales conversion. To reward new customer after a successful signup, follow these steps: On the portal, click Rewards > Behavior. The following page displays the different behavior rewards (in different colors) on certain days of the current month. Click the previous and next buttons to view the other months. Click a date in the calendar. The following pop-up window is displayed. Select Sign Up in the Event field. Select either Coupon or Points in the Type field. If you select Coupons, select an available coupon reward in the Coupon field. If you select Points, enter the points value in the Point field.
Select the dates for the validity of the signup reward. Select Save. The new signup reward is displayed on the selected dates in the calendar view.

Mibo allows you to create a smart marketing strategy by giving more rewards to customers who purchase above of the minimum amount. This is called the purchase above threshold behavior reward. To set up this reward, follow these steps: On the portal, click Rewards > Behavior. Click a date in the calendar. The following pop-up window is displayed. Select Purchase above threshold in the Event field. Select the minimum amount for the purchase in the Min Amount field. If the customer purchases above this minimum amount, the customer gets the reward. Select either Coupon or Points in the Type field. If you select Coupons, select an available coupon reward in the Coupon field. If you select Points, enter the points value in the Point field.
Select the dates for the validity of the reward. Select Save. The new reward is displayed on the selected dates in the calendar view.

A referral incentive is a way to entice consumers to spread the word about your products or services. When a reward is included, the probability that your satisfied client would tell a friend about you improves, often dramatically. To set up a referral reward, follow these steps: On the portal, click Rewards > Behavior. Click a date in the calendar. The following pop-up window is displayed. Select Referral in the Event field. Select either Coupon or Points in the Type field. If you select Coupons, select an available coupon reward in the Coupon field. If you select Points, enter the points value in the Point field.
Select the dates for the validity of the referral reward. Select Save. The new referral reward is displayed on the selected dates in the calendar view.

A profile update reward is a way to encourage your customers to update their latest information. This reward is helpful if you have an outdated customer database. To set up a profile update reward, follow these steps: On the portal, click Rewards > Behavior. Click a date in the calendar. The following pop-up window is displayed. Select Profile Update in the Event field. Select one or more Profile Fields in the drop-down list. If a customer updates these fields, the customer gets the reward. Select either Coupon or Points in the Type field. If you select Coupons, select an available coupon reward in the Coupon field. If you select Points, enter the points value in the Point field.
Select the dates for the validity of the reward. Select Save. The new reward is displayed on the selected dates in the calendar view.

With our Zapier integration, you can give rewards to customers for various activities or events captured from other applications, such as in Google Forms. To set up a Zapier reward, follow these steps: On the portal, click Rewards > Behavior. Click a date in the calendar. The following pop-up window is displayed. Select Zapier in the Event field. Select either Coupon or Points in the Type field. If you select Coupons, select an available coupon reward in the Coupon field. If you select Points, enter the points value in the Point field.
Select the dates for the validity of the Zapier reward. Select Save. The new Zapier reward is displayed on the selected dates in the calendar view.
