You can target and segmented your customers using Customer list. Mibo provides 2 create customer lists in Mibo to group customers according to your preferences. There are two types of customer lists in Mibo:

  • Static

  • - a fixed customer list

Create a list

  • Click on Add button

  • On popup select static option

...

  • Type down desire Name and description for your list .

  • Search your targeted customers from Fine customer Tab.

...

  • click on View customer button to select desire customers from filtered list

  • Once you selected your targeted customers click on Add to the list or if you willing to add customers appear on the list click on Add all customers To list

  • Click on Save button to complete your list creation

Tip

a customer can be added from Customer 360 as well

Active List

Active list is another type of list that Mibo automatically selecting targeted customers based on your list criteria selection.

Create a list

  • Click on Add button

  • On popup select Active option

  • Type down desire Name and description for your list .

  • Select desire filter from list criteria tab

  • click save button to compete you active list creation

Example: Active list with filter selected on list criteria of customers who has purchased in last 30 days and their purchase range is between $100 to $1000

  • . You can manually add customers to this list.

  • Active - a dynamic list. Mibo automatically adds customers to this list based on your list criteria selection.

Creating a static list

To create a static list, follow these steps:

  1. Click Customer > Customer List in Mibo. The following page is displayed. This page displays all the customer lists in your Mibo account.

  2. Click ADD, and then select STATIC. The following page is displayed.

  3. Enter the following details of the new static list:

    • Name

    • Description

  4. Click the Find Customers tab. In this tab, you can find customers based on sales, attributes, coupons, and campaigns.

  5. Populate the search criteria, and then click View Customers. In this example, we are finding customers that were added to your Mibo account from August 1, 2021 to March 6, 2022.

  6. The following pop-up window is displayed. Do one of the following:

    1. Click Add All X customers To List to add all the customers in the search result to the new static list.

    2. Select a customer from the search result list by checking their respective check box, and then clicking Add to List.

  7. Click the Customers tab to view the customers that have been added. You may find and add more customers to this list in the Find Customers tab.

  8. Click Save to save the new static list. The new list is displayed in the Customer List page.

Note: You can add a customer to an existing static list through either of the following ways:

  • Clicking a static list from the Lists page and then finding and adding customers.

  • Viewing and then adding a specific customer to a static list through the Customer 360 view. For more information, refer to Customer 360 view.

Creating an active list

To create an active list, follow these steps:

  1. Click Customer > Customer List in Mibo. The following page is displayed. This page displays all the customer lists in your Mibo account.

  2. Click ADD, and then select ACTIVE. The following page is displayed.

  3. Enter the following details of the new active list:

    • Name

    • Description

  4. In the List Criteria tab, select a criteria to filter customers. You can filter customers based on sales, attributes, coupons, and campaigns. In this example, we are setting the list criteria to customers who purchased in the last 91-180 days.

  5. As soon as the criteria is set and customers are found based on the selected criteria, the estimated record is updated and the found customers are displayed in the Customers tab. Add more criteria as needed in the List Criteria tab.

  6. Click Save to save the new active list. The new list is displayed in the Customer List page.

Note: Mibo automatically updates the active list each time a customer fulfills the list’s criteria. To update the criteria, click the active list from the Customer List page and then update the criteria in the List Criteria tab.
