In Mibo allows , you to can manage your store products , and part of this management is to categorise your productand categorize them to easily locate products. Products can be categorized according to your needs. You can create and update different product categories by doing the following:

Go to Mibo Control Panel > My Account > Product Category.

Adding Product Category

Click Add on the Product Category panel.

Enter the product category name and description.

Click Ok to save your product category.

Updating Product Category

• In the Product Category panel, click the name of the product category or the Edit button on the same row of the product category you want to update.

• Apply the modification you prefer.

• Click Ok to save your changes.

Sorting Product Category

You might want to sort your created product categories. You can simply sort it by doing the following:

• Modify the text box on the same row of the product category you want to sort inside the Product Category panel. 

• To update the sorting, click on the floppy disk icon and wait for the panel to reload.

Removing Product Category

In the Product Category panel, click the Delete button on the same row of the product category you want to remove.

Agree on the confirmation message of deletion by clicking Ok or click Cancel if you want to retain the product category.

To view, add, and modify product categories, click Sales > Products and then click the Category tab. The following page is displayed.

In this page, you can view all the existing product categories and see the options to add, edit, sort, or delete product categories.

Adding a new product category

To add a new product category, follow these steps:

1. In the Product Category page, click ADD. The following pop-up window is displayed.

2. Enter the following details of the new product category:

   1. Product Category Name

   2. Description

3. Click Save to save the new product category.

Editing a product category

In the Product Category page, you can edit the name and the description of an existing product category. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Click either the name or the description of the product category that you want to edit.

2. Enter the new value.

3. Click the check button to save the changes.

Sorting product categories

To sort the product categories, follow these steps:

1. In the Product Category page, click the sort position (number) of the product category that you want to edit.

2. Enter the new sort position (number).

3. Click the check button to save the changes and wait for the table to reload.

Deleting a product category

To delete a product category, follow these steps:

1. In the Product Category page, search for the product category that you want to delete.

2. Click the bin icon.
