To set up a Zapier reward, follow these steps:

  1. On the portal, click Rewards > Behavior.

  2. Click a date in the calendar. The following pop-up window is displayed.

  3. Select Zapier in the Event field.

  4. Select either Coupon or Points in the Type field.

    • If you select Coupons, select an available coupon reward in the Coupon field.

    • If you select Points, enter the points value in the Point field.

  5. Select the dates for the validity of the Zapier reward.

  6. Select Save. The new Zapier reward is displayed on the selected dates in the calendar view. It also displays the behavior reward ID, which you can use in setting up Zapier in Mibo. For more information on setting up Zapier in Mibo, refer to Setting up MIBO in Zapier.

Giving rewards to customers after a successful sign up signup, either from your Sales channel or Member Club, adds more value and increase increases sales conversion. Doing this is quite simple and easy.

You can manage it on your Mibo Control Panel > Rewards > Behavior Reward

Setup Signing up reward

  • Click desire date on calendar view

  • In popped up page select event Sign up.

  • Select voucher or points type.

Tip

Note : Changing the value of the type field to voucher will require you to indicate the voucher as well as changing the type to points will require you to indicate the number of points you want to provide to your customers. 

  • Set desire availability period of From Date- To date

  • Click on Save button

To reward new customer after a successful signup, follow these steps:

  1. On the portal, click Rewards > Behavior. The following page displays the different behavior rewards (in different colors) on certain days of the current month. Click the previous and next buttons to view the other months.

    • If you select Coupons, select an available coupon reward in the Coupon field.

  6. Select Save. The new signup reward is displayed on the selected dates in the calendar view.

To set up this reward, follow these steps:
