Like any other businessesIn Mibo, you can also define different types of Membership customer membership to suit your needs and type the types of program programs that you want to launch on your business or store.
To access your Customer types, Mibo Control Panel > Customer > Customer Type

Adding Customer Type
Click Add on the Customer Type panel.
In the new page, enter the Customer type.
To add a image, click on the image section.
Click Ok to save your Customer type

Updating Customer Type
In the Customer Type panel, click the name of the Customer type or the Edit Icon on the same row of the Customer type you want to update.
Apply the modification you prefer.
Click Ok to save your changes.

Adding a new customer type
To add a new customer type, follow these steps:
In the Customer Type page, click Add. The following page is displayed.
Enter the name of the new customer type in the Customer Type field.
Click the plus icon to add an image to the customer type.
Choose an image, and then click Select Image. To add a new image for this new customer type, refer to Uploading images to Mibo for more information.
Click Save to save the new customer type. The new customer type is displayed in the Customer Type page.
Editing a customer type
To update an existing customer type, follow these steps:
In the Customer Type page, click the name of the customer type or the Edit icon.
Edit the customer type details.
Click Save to save your changes.
Sorting the customer types
In the Customer Type page, you can sort the list of customer types to manage how they are displayed in the table and in the Customer Type drop-down menu in the Customer 360 view. For information on the Customer 360 view, refer to Customer 360 view.

Removing Customer Type
In the Customer Type panel, click the bin Icon on the same row of the Customer type you want to remove.
Agree on the confirmation message of deletion by clicking Ok or click Cancel if you want to retain the Customer type.

Adding 3rd party Custom Number
Enable the Custom Number option on the Membership Number panel.
Select Display Membership Number As: QR code or Barcode when scanning.
Select which Barcode to show by default : Mibo Membership Number or Custom number

There are two ways to add Custom numbers: Manual input or upload using a template.
Manual Input
To add Custom number, click on the plus icon to show new text box for your input then click the plus icon on the same row to save the number

Upload Using Template
Click Upload xls.
Download the template of CSV import file.
Using the template, update the file that will match the number you prefer.
Upload the template by simply dragging your modified template from your computer and drop them on the panel.

Enabling and adding custom numbers
The custom number is a unique membership number assigned to each customer that is added to your Mibo account. To enable and add custom numbers, follow these steps:
In the Customer Type page, toggle the Custom Membership Number button to enable it.
The settings are displayed.
Choose how the membership number is shown:

QR Code
BarCode
Enter the limit of card stock that initiates a notification. When the card stock drops to this limit, a notification email is sent to the Administrator.
Add the custom numbers through one of the following ways:
Adding numbers manually
Click the plus icon.
Enter the membership number, and then click the plus icon.
Using the template
Click Upload xls.
Click Download Template to download a CSV file.
Use this guide to create your own file of custom numbers.
Drag and then drop the file to the page.
Check the estimation records.
Click Save to save all your changes.
The membership numbers are automatically assigned to the customers. To view the specific customer assigned to a specific membership number, click View right next to the membership number. A new page is opened that shows the Customer 360 view of the specific customer. For more information about the Customer 360 view, refer to Customer 360 view.
