Accurate and up-to-date account details will help your customers know you and trust you even more. This also gives customers the confidence that they are buying from a credible business. You can update your account details such as Business and Contact information, as well as edit the System Settings in the My Profile page.

To update your business account details, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the BUSINESS tab.

  2. Update the following details:

    • Business Name (required)

    • Time Zone

    • Default Currency

  3. Add a logo in the Business Logo section.

  4. Select Save to save the changes.

Tip

Tip: To best display your business information, we advise you to add a merchant logo. To add your logo image to your Mibo account, refer to Uploading images to Mibo.

On the CONTACT tab, you can modify the contact details of your business. To update your business contact details, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the CONTACT tab.

  2. Update the following details:

    • Address

    • City

    • State

    • PostCode

    • Country

    • Phone

    • Website

  3. Select Save to save the changes.

On the STORES tab, you can add new stores, and edit or delete existing stores.

Adding a new store

To add a new store, follow these steps:

  1. Click the ADD button at the top right corner of the page. A pop-up window is displayed.

  2. Enter the following details of the new store:

    • Location

    • Street Address

    • Phone

    • Email

  3. Select Save to save the changes.

Editing an existing store

To edit an existing store, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the specific store information that you want to edit.

  2. Update the details.

  3. Select the check button to save the changes.

Deleting an existing store

To delete an existing store, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Bin button at the right-most side of the store record. A pop-up window is displayed.

  2. Select Yes to confirm the deletion.

Note

Warning: Deleting a store will remove your store permanently. Perform the action with caution.

To integrate any third-party system to your Mibo application and access the Mibo API, you will be required to have an API ID and Key. These details are displayed in the INTEGRATION tab.
