Since Mibo gives you the ability to create store, it also allows you to manage different products. Managing includes creating and updating each product. You can sell or give this products as a reward to your members and valued customers.
To manage your products, go to Mibo Control Panel > My Account > Products.
Searching Products
Enter the product name on the text box on the Products panel.
Click Search to view products based on your input.

You can also search for your products using the category shown below the search area. Just click on the category and the products well be displayed below.

Adding Product
Click Add on the Products panel.
In the new page, enter the main product details such as product category, product name and price.

Other input options are: Discount and Redeem.
Discount is where you can set the percentage or fixed amount of the product based on card type.
Redeem option can be enabled by ticking the checkbox Before managing your sales channels, you may first create or sync your products to Mibo.
To do this, click Sales > Products in Mibo. The following page is displayed.

In this page, you can add, edit, or delete products, and also manage the product categories. For more information about the product categories, refer to Managing product categories.
Searching for products
To search for products, do one of the following in the Products page:
Enter the name of the product in the PRODUCT NAME field, and then click Search to view the results.
Click a product category to which the product may belong. Products belonging to this category are then displayed.
Adding a new product
To add a new product in Mibo, follow these steps:
In the Products page, click ADD. The following page is displayed.
Choose a Product Category.
Enter the following product details:
Product Name
Description
Price
In the Discount table, you may set a discount of this product for customers belonging to the different customer types. Choose whether the discount is a percentage of the product’s price or a fixed amount from the product’s price, and then enter the discount amount.
Tick the Redeem check box if you prefer to make the product

Note : After a successful adding of products with redemption point, a new record of reward will be added. See Mibo Control Panel > Rewards > Redemption > Product. Updating the redemption point of a product will also reflect in rewards. Removing the reward will automatically unchecked the Redeem and remove the points of the product. |
Updating Products
You can update your product by doing the following:
Click the name of the product on the Products panel.

In the new page, update the product details.
Click Ok to save the details.
Removing Product
You can remove your product by doing the following:
Click on the trash bin icon on the bottom right corner of the product you want to remove.
Agree on the confirmation message of deletion by clicking Yes or click No if you want to retain the product.

In the Linkage marketing coupon field, select a coupon reward program in which customers may redeem this product.
In the Product Image section, click the
plus button to add an image to this product. In the new page that appears, choose an image and then click Select Image. To add a new image to Mibo for this new product, refer to Uploading images to Mibo for more information.
Click Save to save this new product to Mibo.
Notes:
After successfully adding a product that is redeemable with points, the product will be available to all your customers in all the applicable sales channels.
Deleting the coupon reward program to which the redeemable product is associated with will automatically disable the redemption.
Editing a product's details
To edit an existing product’s details, follow these steps:
In the Products page, search for the product that you want to edit.
Update the product’s details.
Click Save to save the changes.
Deleting a product
To delete a product from your Mibo account, follow these steps:
In the Products page, search for the product that you want to delete.
Click the bin icon.
Select Yes to confirm the deletion.
