Like any other businesses, you can also define different types of Membership to suit your needs and type of program you want to launch on your business or store. 
  

To access your Customer types, Mibo Control Panel > Customer > Customer Type

Note : DEFAULT type is auto generated by the system and will be automatically shown on your Customer type list.

Adding Customer Type

  • Click Add on the Customer Type panel.  

  • In the new page, enter the Customer type.  

  • To add a image, click on the image section.  

  • Click Ok to save your Customer type

Tips : To best display your Customer type, it is advisable to add an image. See our article about uploading images.  

Updating Customer Type

  • In the Customer Type panel, click the name of the Customer type or the Edit Icon on the same row of the Customer type you want to update.

  • Apply the modification you prefer.

  • Click Ok to save your changes.

Sorting Customer Type

You might want to sort your created Customer types. You can simply sort it by doing the following:

  • Modify the text box on the same row of the Customer type you want to sort inside the Customer Type panel. 

  • To update the sorting, click on the floppy disk icon and wait for the panel to reload

Set Default Type

  • In the Customer Type panel, click the toggle button to enable the Customer type as default.

Note : You can also only select one Customer type as default.

Removing Customer Type

  • In the Customer Type panel, click the bin Icon on the same row of the Customer type you want to remove.

  • Agree on the confirmation message of deletion by clicking Ok or click Cancel if you want to retain the Customer type.

Note : Default Customer type cannot be deleted.

Adding 3rd party Custom Number

  • Enable the Custom Number option on the Membership Number panel.

  • Select Display Membership Number As: QR code or Barcode when scanning.

  • Select which Barcode to show by default : Mibo Membership Number or Custom number

  • There are two ways to add Custom numbers: Manual input or upload using a template.

Manual Input
To add Custom number, click on the plus icon to show new text box for your input then click the plus icon on the same row to save the number

Upload Using Template

  • Click Upload xls.

  • Download the template of CSV import file.

  • Using the template, update the file that will match the number you prefer.

  • Upload the template by simply dragging your modified template from your computer and drop them on the panel.

To update number, click on the pencil icon on the row of the card number you want to update then click on check icon to save the card number.

To remove card number, click on the trash bin icon on the row of the card number you want to remove then agree on the confirmation message of deletion by clicking Ok or click Cancel if you want to retain the card number.

  • Click Save to the details.
