The My Access page allows you to modify your profile such as your name, phone number and change your current password.

It can be accessed by going to your Mibo Control Panel.

  • Click on your business name at the top right corner of the portal.

  • Click on My Access.

Updating Name

  • Click the your name.

  • In the popup that opens, change the your name.

  • Click the button with check mark icon to save your name.

Updating Mobile Number

  • Click the your mobile number.

  • In the popup that opens, change the your mobile number.

  • Click the button with check mark icon to save your name

Updating Pin

  • Enter your new pin on the text box.

  • In the popup that opens, change the your mobile number.

  • Click the change button to save your pin.


Note : Pin must be more than 6 characters. Pin will be used by the manager when a customer top up eWallet and collect points in the member club app.

Resetting password

To reset your password, Mibo will help you by sending you an email including a link to reset your password. 
To send a reset password link to your email, do the following:

  • Click Reset Password.

  • Agree on the confirmation message of reset password by clicking Ok or click Cancel if you do not want to reset password.

Updating Current Password

  • Click Change Password.

  • In the panel that shows, enter your old password, new password and confirm password.

  • Click Change to save new password.
