To manage your current subscription plan, do the following:

  1. Click your business name at the top right corner of the portal.

  2. Click Subscription Plan.

In the Subscription Plan page, you can see all the available plans, your current plan's usage, the features of each plan, options to renew, downgrade, or upgrade your plan, and the Add-On section, where you can add and modify add-ons.

Tip:  To avoid uninterrupted service of your subscription, make sure the Auto-Renewal option is activated.

Activating Auto-Renewal

At the top left corner of the Subscription Plan panel, select the AUTO-RENEWAL ACTIVATED check box to activate your auto-renewal option.

Downgrading or Upgrading your Plan

To downgrade or upgrade your subscription plan, follow these steps:

  1. On the Subscription Plan panel, click the Downgrade or the Upgrade option on the preferred plan. A confirmation pop-up window is displayed.

  2. Click OK to confirm and save the details.

Note: The downgrade or upgrade will take effect on your next billing cut-off. 

Adding and Modifying an Add-on

To modify an add-on, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Modify Add-on button in the Add-on panel. 

  2. In the new page, select the Add-on that you want to update.

  3. Click Next to review the add-on.

  4. In the new page, review the information and then click Update Now to proceed with the payment.

After a successful payment, the add-on will be saved.
