The My Access page allows you to modify your profile name, mobile number, and pin, and change your current password.

To access the My Access page, follow these steps:

  1. Click your business logo at the top right corner of the portal.

  2. Click My Access.

The My Access page is displayed with the following information:

  • My Name

  • My Mobile

  • Email

  • Location

  • Pin

Updating your name

To update your name, follow these steps:

  1. Click your name. A pop-up window is displayed to edit the name.

  2. Enter your name.

  3. Click the check button to save your name.

Updating your mobile number

To update your mobile number, follow these steps:

  1. Click your mobile number. A pop-up window is displayed to edit the mobile number.

  2. Enter your mobile number.

  3. Click the check button to save your mobile number.

Updating your pin

To update your pin, follow these steps:

  1. Enter your new pin on the text box.

  2. Click the eye icon to show or hide the pin.

  3. Click Change to save your new pin.

Note: Your pin must be more than 6 characters. The pin will be used by the sales manager at the POS with payment of free account and to collect points in the member club app.

Updating your current password

To update your current password, follow these steps:

  1. Click Change Password.

  2. In the panel that shows, enter your old password, new password and confirm password.

  3. Click Change to save new password.

Resetting password

To reset your password, Mibo will help you by sending you an email including a link to reset your password. 
To send a reset password link to your email, do the following:

  • Click Reset Password.

  • Agree on the confirmation message of reset password by clicking Ok or click Cancel if you do not want to reset password.
