Mibo's loyalty program is based on points earned from the purchases made by the customer. You can also set up bonus points, which can be used to reward customers during special events. This page provides information on setting up the standard points. For information on setting up bonus point, refer to Bonus Point.
To configure how standard points are issued based on the purchase amount, follow these steps:
On the portal, click Reward > Points and then locate the Standard Points section.
Select whether points are based on "sales amount before discount" or "net amount after discount".
Enter the number of points that will be rewarded based on the spend amount in the is rewarded with field.
Enter the number of days for the validity of the points reward in the Will be expired in field.
Click Save to save the details.
