Before managing your sales channels, you may first create or sync your products to Mibo.
To do this, click Sales > Products in Mibo. The following page is displayed.
Searching for products
To search for products, do one of the following in the Products page:
Enter the name of the product in the PRODUCT NAME field, and then click Search to view the results.
Click a product category to which the product may belong. Products belonging to this category are then displayed.
Adding a product
Click Add on the Products panel.
In the new page, enter the main product details such as product category, product name and price.
Other input options are: Discount and Redeem.
Discount is where you can set the percentage or fixed amount of the product based on Customer Type .
Redeem option can be enabled by ticking the checkbox if you prefer to make the product to be redeemable. A certain amount of points needs to be specified also.
To add a product image and gallery, click on the section
Tips : To best display your product, it is advisable to add an image. See our article about uploading images.
Click Ok to save your product.
Note : After a successful adding of products with redemption point product will be available to be redeemed by your customers throughout respective sales channel.
Removing the reward will automatically disable the redemption as well
Updating Products
You can update your product by doing the following:
Click the image or name of the product on the Products panel.
In the new page, update the product details.
Click Ok to save the details.
Removing Product
You can remove your product by doing the following:
Click on the trash bin icon on the bottom right corner of the product you want to remove.
Agree on the confirmation message of deletion by clicking Yes or click No if you want to retain the product.
