Before managing your sales channels, you may first create or sync your products to Mibo.

To do this, click Sales > Products in Mibo. The following page is displayed.

Searching for products

To search for products, do one of the following in the Products page:

• Enter the name of the product in the PRODUCT NAME field, and then click Search to view the results.

  

• Click a product category to which the product may belong. Products belonging to this category are then displayed.

Adding a product

To add a new product in Mibo, follow these steps:

1. In the Products page, click ADD. The following page is displayed.

   

2. Choose a Product Category.

3. Enter the following product details:

   1. Product Name

   2. Description

   3. Price

4. In the Discount table, you may set a discount of this product for customers belonging to the different customer types. Choose whether the discount is a percentage of the product’s price or a fixed amount from the product’s price, and then enter the discount amount.

5. Tick the Redeem check box if you prefer to make the product redeemable. Enter the number of points needed to redeem the product.

6. In the Product Image section, click the plus button to add an image to this product.

7. In the new page that appears, click the image and then click Select Image. To add a new image to Mibo for this new product, refer to Uploading images to Mibo for more information.

8. Click Save to save this new product to Mibo.

Updating Products

You can update your product by doing the following:

• Click the image or name of the product on the Products panel.

• In the new page, update the product details.

• Click Ok to save the details.

Removing Product

You can remove your product by doing the following:

• Click on the trash bin icon on the bottom right corner of the product you want to remove.

• Agree on the confirmation message of deletion by clicking Yes or click No if you want to retain the product.
