To activate the customer referral program, follow these steps:

On the SETTINGS tab, click the Make active radio button to activate the referral program.
Identify the referral program completion by selecting from the Referral is complete when drop-down option.
Click Save.

Note: Currently, only the Customer Signup option is available, which means Mibo will detect the completion of the referral reward after the signup is complete.

After activating the referral program, click TEMPLATE > WHATSAPP to set the WhatsApp referral message template.
