Adding a new customer manually

This section provides information on adding new customers one-by-one manually. If you prefer to add customers in bulk, refer to Importing and exporting customer information to import customers.

To add new customers manually, follow these steps:

  1. Click Customer > Customers in Mibo. The following Customers page is displayed.

     

  2. Click Add New Customer. The following page is displayed.

     

  3. Enter the following customer details:

    1. Name

    2. Mobile Number (required)

    3. Email

  4. Click Save. The page redirects you to the Customer 360 view of the new customer. For more information about the Customer 360 view, refer to Customer 360 view.

  5. Add more customer information in this view, if necessary.
