Mibo allows you to view the customers' information in a standard view or in a 360 view. The standard view displays simple information, such as the customers' name, mobile number, email, city, and birthday. The customer 360 view displays more detailed information about the specific customer, such as the customer profile, attributes, activities, coupons, and more.
This section provides information on viewing the customers in a standard view. For information on the customer 360 view, refer to Customer 360 view.
To view the existing customers that have been added to your Mibo account, click Customer > Customers on the portal. The following Customers page is displayed.
