MIBO manages your customer database so that you can send relevant SMS and Email communications to the right customer segments. Even more communicating with your customer throughout What’s app is now possible on Mibo

To enable each messaging channel go to My Profile → Messaging

  • Enable Email

  1. Navigate to Email Tab

  2. Click on radio button to enable email service

  3. Choose sender domain

  4. enter sender domain

  5. click on save button

You can use default mibo domain or add your owned domain. For further step by step instruction refer article Add your Domain to Mibo

  • Enable SMS

  1. Navigate to SMS tab

  2. Click on radio button to enable SMS service

  3. Click on save button

  • Enable What’s App

  1. Navigate to What’s App tab

  2. Request New number : In order to enable your What’s app channel on Mibo you only need to submit a request to Mibo customer support and our friendly team will taking care of the rest.
