Customer 360 view

Customer 360 refers to a 360-degree view of a customer's data including every interaction, such as customer registration, profile view, customer activity, and coupons.

To view the 360-degree view of a customer's data, follow these steps:

1. On the Mibo portal, click Customer > Customers. The following Customers page is displayed.

2. Locate the specific customer and then click the Customer 360 icon.

   Open

   

3. The Customer 360 page is displayed. Refer to the following sections for more information about each panel.
