Managing Lazada order shipments from Mibo

After enabling and authenticating your Lazada store in Mibo, you can then manage order shipments using your Mibo account. To do this, do the following:

This tab displays all your orders from Lazada.

Field

Detail/Remark

Order ID

Indicates the Shopee unique order ID.

Order Date

Indicates the date when the buyer placed the order in Shopee.

Courier

Indicates the courier that the buyer selected to deliver their order.

Status

Indicates the latest status of the order.

Shipping

Indicates the status of the shipping, which can be one of the following:

  1. To Process - pending for your action to proceed with printing the pack list.

  2. Processed - shipping has been processed.

Note

Indicates an internal note that is set from the Shopee website.

Message to seller

Indicates a note that the customer added when placing the order. This note is directed to you as the seller.

Assign To

Indicates the Mibo user who is assigned to process the order.

Internal Status

Indicates a Mibo status that can be added to the order to easily manage the orders.

Internal Note

Indicates a note that is added to the specific order.

Batch

Indicates the batch sequence to which this order has been added to.

Print Pack List

You can select the orders and then in the Action dropdown list, click Print Pack List.

To Access Lazada Chat:

To begin accessing Lazada Chat, your first step is to authorize and grant access to your Lazada chat.

  1. Select the desired store from the top-right dropdown menu in the Chat tab.

  2. After selecting the store, the Enable Chat checkbox and Authorize button will appear.

  3. Click the Authorize button, and you will be redirected to the Lazada page.

  4. Follow the authorization process on the Lazada page.

  5. Once the authorization is complete, you will be redirect to Mibo able to see the chat windows, where you can view and send chat messages .

This tab displays all the created batches for Lazada order fulfillment. You can create a batch to group together all orders for an order fulfillment.

Creating a new batch

To create a new batch, follow these steps:

  1. On the Batch Management page, click ADD. The following screen is displayed.

  2. Enter the Date Time Pickup details of this new batch.

  3. Click Save.

To add an order to this specific batch, go to the ORDER tab, select the specific order, and then select the batch under the Batch column.

Use this tab to view reminders for you, as the seller, to take action on the orders on time. Mibo will send you these reminders on the scheduled date and time.
