Enabling email messaging

To enable the email messaging in your Mibo account, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the EMAIL tab.

   

2. Click the Enable radio button to enable the email service.

3. Choose the Sender Domain.

4. Enter the From Email / Domain.

5. Click Save.

Enabling the SMS messaging

To enable the SMS messaging in your Mibo account, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the SMS tab.

   

2. Click the Enable radio button to enable the SMS service.

3. Click Save.

Enabling the WhatsApp messaging

To enable the WhatsApp messaging in your Mibo account, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the WHATSAPP tab.

   

2. Click Request new number to submit a request to the Mibo customer support. Our friendly team will taking care of the rest.

When the WhatsApp messaging has been set up, you can see the details in the WHATSAPP tab, such as in the following example.

Setting an email notification

You can set an email notification to receive an email if WhatsApp users send a message to you while you are not available. To set the email notification, follow these steps:

1. On the Setting panel, click the Enable radio button.

2. Enter your email address in the Send to field.

3. Click Save.
