MIBO provides features that allows you to send SMS to your customers to send offers, promotions and makes it easy for them to read or claim. SMS is a more direct approach as compared to the other methods. However, you need to have message credits in order to utilize this feature.

Step 3 : Content
The content of the SMS is where you can put all the details of your campaign or any content you prefer to send to your recipients.
Creating the content of your SMS is very easy and flexible, aside from you have the option to select promotion or voucher that will automatically display the details on your content section, you can also customise the content by indicating your preferred text.
Promotion
Clicking the promotion tab will let you choose from the promotions you created at Mibo Control Panel > Marketing > Promotion. You can include the promotion on the SMS by doing the following:
Select the promotion you prefer from the dropdown.
After you select the promotion, the SMS Text field will be automatically filled with your <business name> - <name of selected promotion> and the link to your promotion. However, you still have the option to change the content with your preferred text.
Coupon
Clicking the Coupon tab will let you choose from the coupons you created at Mibo Control Panel > Marketing > Coupons. You can include the coupon on the SMS by doing the following:
Select the coupon you prefer from the dropdown.
After you select the coupon, the SMS Text field will be automatically filled with your <business name> - <name of selected coupon> and the link to your coupon. However, you still have the option to change the content with your preferred text.

Custom
Clicking the custom tab will let you choose from the templates you created on the SMS text field. If there are no available template on the dropdown, you can create a template by doing the following:
Add content on the SMS text field.
Once you are finished with the template, click Save Template on the bottom left corner of the SMS Campaign panel.
In the popup that opens, enter the name of the template.
Click Ok to save the template or click Cancel if you do not want yet to save the template.
Review the options from your template dropdown to see if the newly created template has been added.
Select the template you prefer from the dropdown.
