Join

Signs up the sender as a customer by capturing the sender’s mobile number.

Rewards

Replies the customer with their latest point balance.

Card

Replies the customer with the QR code of their Card/Membership Number.

Coupons

Replies the customer with their list of coupons.

Refer a Friend

Sends the customer a sharable unique referral link, which they can send to their friends over WhatsApp.

Sales

Links the walk-in sales to the customer profile.

Watchlist

Sends the customer a message about certain promotions that they can be reminded about.

Notes:

  1. If the customer has not been registered in Mibo by sending sales link to WhatsApp, the new customer will be registered and the sales record will be linked to the customer account.

  2. No keyword is needed for the sales automation.

Tip

Tip: You can use a default keyword specified in Mibo or you can have your own custom keyword added to each automation.

To add a custom keyword, click the Edit icon. A pop-up window is displayed where you can add the custom keyword.
