MIBO provides features that allows you to send SMS to your customers to send offers, promotions and makes it easy for them to read or claim. SMS is a more direct approach as compared to the other methods. However, you need to have message credits in order to utilize this feature.

You can promote using SMS in your Mibo Control Panel > Marketing > SMS
Create and schedule SMS campaign
You can create an SMS campaign by doing the following:
Click Add on the SMS Campaign panel. In the new right layout page you will be able to setup your campaign
Choose your Recipient
SMS recipients are individuals who have opted-in to receive SMS from you. There are two ways to add recipients to your email SMS campaign → upload manual list or add from Customer List .

Upload manual list
you can blast email SMS based on existing customer list either from your static or active customer list. For more information please refer to Read more on article How to create Customer List

Schedule
Scheduling your email SMS will send your email SMS automatically based on your chosen time and date. You can schedule your email SMS blast by doing the following steps:
Click Send Date Calendar box.
In the popup calendar that opens, select date and click on clock to select desire time you want the recipient to receive the emailSMS.
Click outside the calendar to apply the date.

Maximum to send
Indicate the total Number of SMS to be sent .
SMS Text
fill up the field with your SMS Text that you intend to be sent to your customers.

Maximum allowed length of SMS text is 150 characters. |
Save SMS campaign
Click Save button to send the SMS campaign based on your schedule setting.

Note : The initial status of the SMS campaign is Pending and before few minutes of campaign schedule the status automatically will be changed to Pending Delivery. However, once it has been delivered to the recipients the status will become Delivered. |
Updating and Viewing SMS Campaign
Updating SMS campaign are only applicable for campaigns with Pending status.
Pending Delivery and Delivered status can only be viewed but can not be updated anymore.
You can update your campaign by doing the following:
Click the desire campaign.
update the campaign details on right side panel.
Click Save to commit your changes.
You can view your campaign by doing the following:
Removing SMS Campaign
You are only allowed to remove campaign with Pending status. You can simply remove your SMS campaign by doing the following:
Click on the trash bin icon on the bottom right corner of the campaign you want to remove.
Agree on the confirmation message of deletion by clicking Yes or click No if you want to retain the campaign.
