With WhatsApp automation, you can set up a custom message flow that spans the length of a typical conversation and covers different conversation stages. Suitable for repetitive tasks and commonly asked questions, with custom message flow you can reduce the response time, and can answer the most commonly asked questions with a human touch.

To set up the WhatsApp automation, follow these steps:

  1. Enable the WhatsApp messaging service. For more information, refer to Setting Up the Messaging Services.

  2. On the Mibo portal, click Automation > WhatsApp Keywords to configure the WhatsApp automation.
