How-to Redeem point (done by store user)

This article will teach you on how to Redeem Point at store. This action is done by the store user.

Here are the steps

1. Go to Sales

2. Choose KIOSK

3. Click REDEEM. Put the mobile number

4. The product which can be redeem with point will show. To set the product, please click here xxxxx

5. The available points will show

6. Click the product you want to redeem. Put the quantity and click save

7. The customer will get OTP on their phone

8. Put the OTP, and the process is done. You can print the receipt if you’d like to.
