You can target and segmented your customers using Customer list. Mibo provides 2 types of customer lists
Static List
Static list is a fixed list that you can create by search or add your customers into it
Create a list
Click on Add button
On popup select static option
Type down desire Name and description for your list .
Search your targeted customers from Fine customer Tab.
click on View customer button to select desire customers from filtered list
Once you selected your targeted customers click on Add to the list or if you willing to add customers appear on the list click on Add all customers To list
Click on Save button to complete your list creation
a customer can be added from Customer 360 as well
Active List
Active list is another type of list that Mibo automatically selecting targeted customers based on your list criteria selection.
Create a list
Click on Add button
On popup select Active option
Type down desire Name and description for your list .
Select desire filter from list criteria tab
click save button to compete you active list creation
Example: Active list with filter selected on list criteria of customers who has purchased in last 30 days and their purchase range is between $100 to $1000
Please note that on active list final targeted customer will be selected automatically based on you list criteria’s filters
