Message credits are needed to send email, SMS, and WhatsApp messages. Credits are deducted from your Mibo account every time a message is sent. Mibo allows you to easily top up credits to make sure you can continue sending messages.
To manage your credits, follow these steps:
Click your business name at the top right corner of the portal.
Click Credits.
The page displays your available credits and sections where you can top up credits, modify credit settings, and view your credit ledger.
Topping up message credits
To top up your message credits, follow these steps:
In the Credit Purchase panel, select the value of the Credit that you want to top up.
Click Topup and you will be directed to the payment gateway.
In the payment gateway page, review the amount of credit and choose from your accounts.
Click Pay Now.
After a successful transaction, click Return to Mibo to go back to the Credits page.
Check whether the credit has been added on your credit summary.
A success message is displayed if the transaction is successful in the payment gateway; otherwise, an error message is displayed.
Note: Transactions are shown at the Credit Ledger panel at bottom part of the page. It shows your balances, date of top-up, credit utilized, and credit balance.
Setting an email alert for credit balances
You can set an alert notification that allows Mibo to notify you through email if your total credit balance drops to specific amounts.
To set the email alerts, follow these steps:
In the Credit Setting panel, enter the email addresses of the recipients of the email alerts.
Set three different alert levels.
Click Save Credit Setting to complete your alert configuration
Warning: Without available credits, you will not be able to send any type of messages throughout Mibo.
