By rewarding your customers with redeemable points, you encourage your customer to invest in your brand. The more they spend, the more points they get in return. Use the Give Points feature in the Mibo POS app to reward your customers with redeemable points.

Using the Give Points feature, there are two ways to issue the points:

  • Scanning the QR code

  • Entering the mobile number

Scanning the QR Code

To give points using the QR code, follow these steps:

  1. Ask the customer to log in to the Member Club app in their mobile phone and go to the My card screen.

  2. Scan the QR Code.

Entering the mobile number

To give points by entering the customer’s mobile number, follow these steps:

  1. On the Mibo POS app, click Give Points.

  2. Select the country code on the dropdown menu.    

  3. Enter the mobile number. You will see the customer name and his point balance.    

  4. Enter the amount they have spent.

  5. You can click on Just save if no receipt is required from the customer or click on Save & send a eReceipt and enter their email address. 

  • After that, you will see a message showing point that customer just collected and the updated point balance too.

  • Your customer will also received an eReceipt instantly.
