Giving coupons to your customers
The following are the different ways to give coupons to your customers:
Selecting customers in the RECIPIENT tab. For more information, refer to the next section.
Giving coupons through behavior reward. For more information, refer to Behavior Reward.
Giving a coupon to an individual customer from your Customer 360 list. For more information, refer to Customer 360 view.
Selecting customers in the RECIPIENT tab
You can give coupons to your customers as soon as your coupon reward is available in the Coupon panel. To give coupons to your customers, follow these steps:
On the Coupon panel, click an available coupon reward. The following coupon details and tabs are displayed.
Click the RECIPIENT tab.
Click the Give Coupon drop-down button and then select one from the following:
Upload Template - to upload a Microsoft Excel file that contains your customers' data, such as their Name, Email, and Mobile number.
Customers - to search and select specific customers.
Lists - to select groups of customers from the customer lists that you have created. For information on creating customer lists, refer to Creating customer lists.
Confirm all the details and then click Give Coupon. The process of sending the coupons to the selected recipient will start right away.
