Members is designed on customer-oriented based and we believes it helps you to better interact with your customers. It provides quick sign up, set pin for member, redemption , give point and use coupon functionalities.
Member Sign Up
Click on Add new member
Enter customer's name and mobile number. Click on Submit.
To check whether the member is already created, you can search his name or mobile phone.
Search member by name or by mobile number
Enter customer's name or mobile number into the text box and click on Search icon. You will see his name, mobile phone and point balance displayed.
Set PIN
Customer can his PIN here for redemption and use coupon. Click on Set PIN. Customer to enter their pin number ( 6 digits) and click on Submit.
Click on YES to confirm using OTP.
Click on YES when you see the confirmation message.
Click Ok.
Please retrieve the OTP code from customer SMS message.
Enter the OTP code and click Confirm.
Give points
When you click on Give Points, you will see customer name and point balance displayed.
Follow the steps at Give Points.
Redeem
When you click on Redeem, you will see customer name, point balance and coupon displayed.
Follow the steps at Redeem Points.
Coupons
When you click on Coupons, you will see customer's coupon that are yet to use. Select the coupon and click on Use.
Customer to enter their PIN and click on Confirm.
