You can use Mibo to increase customer acquisition using WhatsApp or email (Member Club) messaging by activating the customer referral program. This section focuses on activating and setting up the WhatsApp customer referral program.

To activate the customer referral program, click Engage > Referral on the portal. The Referral page is displayed.
