Bonus points can be used to reward customers during special events, such as anniversaries, birthdays, or any other special occasions or holidays.

To manage your bonus points, click Reward > Points on the portal and then locate the Bonus Points section.

Adding a bonus point reward

To add a bonus point reward, follow these steps:

1. Click Add on the Bonus Points section. The following pop-up window is displayed.

2. Open

   

   Enter the following details:

   1. Program Name

   2. Campaign Period

   3. Promo Day

   4. Promo Time

   5. IDR

   6. Points

   7. Campaign Budget

   8. Active status

   9. Points expiry days

3. Click Save.

Editing a bonus point reward

To edit a bonus point reward, follow these steps:

1. In the Bonus Points section, click the campaign name of the bonus point reward that you want to edit.

2. Apply the preferred modifications.

3. Click Save to save your changes.
