Redeem Points (Mibo Store APP)

Customers enjoying redeeming their points using Mibo Store App because that is so easy and simple to use!

Note : Only coupons are available for redemption in Mibo Store app.

On the Redeem Points, there are two ways to issue the points: scan the QR code or enter the mobile number.      

Scan QR Code    

  • Get customer to login to member club in their mobile phone and scan the QR Code at My card.

  • Click on Left Arrow if you wish to enter mobile number instead.

Enter mobile number    

  • Select the country code on the dropdown.    

  • Enter the mobile number. You will see the customer name and his point balance.  

  • Select the product and quantity that you wish to redeem. Total points redeem will be calculated automatically.

  • Click Save

  • Customer to enter PIN and click Confirm.

You may also set your PIN at Mibo Store App > Members > Set PIN

  •  Once it is redeem successfully, the point balance will be updated. Click Close.

If you wish to use OTP, please follow the steps below

  • Select  OTP and click on YES to confirm using OTP

  • Click on YES when you see the confirmation message.

  • Click Ok.

  • Retrieve the OTP code from customer SMS message.

 

  • Enter the OTP code and click Confirm.
